From what I can tell, I don't think they are (unless you source them from random articles and feature).
Anyone know of any information to the contrary and whether any of their competitors provide a service available(either free or paid) to individuals?
I'm thinking of something that might rival the likes of Football Outsiders for the sports that OPTA covers.

They market themselves as a supplier of information to various organisations, but I would have thought they would sell their data to individuals should an approach be made. They don't include any pricing on their website which would tend to indicate that it wasn't cheap. If I recall you have to make an arrangement for them to call you back to discuss your data requirements.

I too would guess that they charge a fair price.
I suppose that they will have to protect their margins by charging corporate prices and protecting their info.
