Didn't have any drink last night (just two bottles of beer in early evening). Normally have a couple of double vodkas or bottle of wine.

Shorts are a killer, wine's ok in moderation, a couple beer's is fine. Sounds like you're over doing it if you have all three.

Whatever you do don't give it up. People that give it up are aye telling other people how good they feel as if the universe gives a damn how they're feeling. Try and cut it down to a bottle a day imo.
