General Betting

I've got a spreadsheet on the go and I've got a new column which I'm trying to increase a cell by a percentage, then increase the cell below using the new figure by the same percentage and so on. I've tried a few things but can't work it out.
i.e: £10.00 by 2% = 10.20, next cell £10.20 by 1% = £10.40..

I'll assume you've got your £10.00 figure in cell A1.
In cell A2 enter =A1*1.02 Copy the formula down as required. You should see something like this......
