WARNING!! Rubik's Slots

I have played Rubik's slot alot but I noticed When I won more than 3 lines if I clicked play before they had finished adding up my winnings would go on my balance but then get taken off again after the next game finished.
I have sent Video proof of this to betfair and they just say I am lying.
Please becareful and if it happens to you tell them because they do not believe me!
