Wondering if people set themselves target on here?
i.e. to win X amount each week/month. I don't usually set targets as I find them distracting, betting patterns don't often work in nice linear patterns and naturally you are going to have winning days and losing days. Hence your P/L can be very up and down and you may never actually be anywhere near your X amount per week/month you aimed for but instead much higher or lower depending on betting frequency and success.
I sometimes set short-term work ethic targets but never financial ones.
Not bothered about a new year for that, I'm slightly manic so I tend to set them when I start to go on a mental upswing.

The crack cocaine of gambling which makes me feel like Kerri Katona. Just preying that I can keep a balance in Betfair to stop me from straying. I sound like a bad husband.
