When I click the download spreadsheet link withing the betting profit and loss section of my account I get an error message to say the excel file is corrupt and cannot open. Does anyone have any idea why this is? Am I doing something wrong? I seem to be able to download my full account statement with no problems but I want the p&l for a specific sport.

Sorry, I cannot download for the full statement either (in terms of a bet history log).

Same here.  I think it might be something to do with the fact I'm on Windows 7  64 bit, but not sure.  I get it to open eventually by telling it to ignore the errors.

Cosmic Horizon, you're right. I started getting this same issue after upgrading to Windows 7 64 bit.

In firefox I get a bunch of errors and can't get it to work. I still get the errors in Chrome, but I can download it after clicking through them, so you can try that.

Yes, I am on 64 bit windows too. Seems strange though, I email BF and they don't seem to have an answer. How did you get it to ignore the errors?

I had the same problem and the only solution for me was to download open office, use it to download the file and then paste it into excel.

I have to do the same as acc. Open Office to download then copy and paste.

I think the problem maybe due to office 2010, the excel spreadsheet download in a 97-20003 xls file.  Having said that office 2010 should still be able to open it though.
