Not sure if this suits, but, if you copy your data to sheet2, you can use an expression to bring the text together in sheet1.
= Sheet2!A2&Sheet2!C2&Sheet2!E2&Sheet2!G2&Sheet2!I2 You can also enter spaces by using this within the expression & " " & Databases do these things easily as well. |

and to remove the blank rows, Data-Standard Filter and set it to
Column A = Blank Then just delete those rows |

Another alternative is to do this first ~
In Cell G2 this formula =IF(F2="";"";A2&" "&A3) Then fill down, copy G2:G500, Then paste special values only, Select A2, paste, then delete column G Then do as modk suggested for blanks |
