Thats a VERY suspicious looking link you've put up there.
I would advise people not to click on it, in case its malicious. I've just checked Paddy Power and Matt Cardle is 5/6 and the link to the market looks nothing like the one posted above. http://www.paddypower.com/bet/novelty-betting/tv-specials/x-factor |

It's not a suspicious link Escapee just a sub domain of paddy's, I'm guessing the ppmail is just their mail domain
http://ppmail.paddypower.com/go.asp?/ bPAD001/mF9OFM4F/qF85OM4F/u3TD0731/xI8ZOM4F resolves to http://www.paddypower.com/bet/novelty-betting/ enhanced-mail-special/enhanced-mail-special?ev_oc_grp_ids=340030 |

It's when you get addresses such as paddypower.blahbla.com you need to start worrying

They are letting me bet a full £0.81 on that. Have they got my account marked as an X-factor betting PRO ?

If you follow the link given by the OP you do indeed get to an "Enhanced X factor Special" page where you can back Matt Cardle at 7/4.
However, I just tried to do that using an old PP account that I have barely used and that certainly isn't a big winning account and I was offered a whopping maximum bet of £1.01! What a bunch of clowns! |
