If the 3f wins 14% of the time, how often will it hit 2.0 and 1.5 in running?

Seems that if something wins 14% of the time it hits evens 28% of the time, but I could be missing something.
Yes meant the 86% of races when 3f didnt win! Lori Im not sure if they hit 1/1 28% of the time.
It looks like you either back to win or lay to lose with not much middle ground ie back to lay or lay to back ir.
