Am I right in thinking this is an effective way of betting if done rightly?

I'm more looking at E/W First goalscorers in football, if anyone's got any techinques for this type of bet it would be much appreciated. I was thinking more combining high-scoring strikers with attacking midfielders who score reguarly but knowing which ones are they best to put into doubles together is tricky.

Yeah I heard that E/W doubles is best with horse racings bets taking reasonable price selections. Very difficult with FGS bets then I presume? Don't usually do them just thought it was maybe a good way of betting since it is with horse racing. Might not bother then.

The best best bets for ew doubles is not, as you say,
''reasonably priced'' selections, but carefully selected
races, for example races of 8/9/10 runners when only
3 or 4 can win the race. FGS is not the way, as are
any type of bet promoted by the books. GL.

If you are prepared to work hard then FGS can be profitable. You just have to separate the wheat from the chaff, and yes there is a lot of chaff!   ;)
