Anyone else use the 5 day cashback offer last week? I took them up on it but didn't read their terms and conditions.
The email I received stated that I needed to stake £50 a day to qualify but their terms and conditions said I needed a single bet of £50.
My gripe is that they should have made that clear in the promotional email.
I didn't expect this from Betfair as it feels like a con trick. Time for me to try out ****

Where did you read of single bets worth 50 ?
Cant see that in the terms. I didnt get ANY money anyway, not 50% but 0% . |

It does say it in the terms and conditions. I've just spoken to them and that's the line they are using.
My point is that the promotion is totally misleading as it clearly states: all you have to do is stake at least £50 a day on the Exchange or Multiples (on a minimum of 2 days of the promotion), and the more days you do that, the more cash back you will receive. The terms and conditions are saying something completely different. I didn't read the smallprint but I never thought that Betfair had joined the ranks of used car salesmen either. I intend to start using **** from now on. Anyone else want to join me? |

Well, at least you got something, I got exactly 0 euro cashback, thought I would get 50% of 1260euro.
Its really time to leave betfair and make another betting exchange stronger. First the premium charge, now these useless promotion which dont get paid. They act like they think they can do everything and the customer does nothing about it. Ridiculous. |

The other betting exchange is offering 3.5% commission until the end of November.
