At a quick glance you can import the data directly into Excel. Instructions for Excel2007 are Data:From Web then enter http://www.racingpost.com/horses2/results/home.sd and click the yellow arrow.

I suspect looking at the format that if this is something you were looking to do on a daily basis then you'd either need to look for a whole new process or write/have written for you, a program to cut away all the useless data and split up the useful information that's left so you can actually then manage it.

Depending what info you need, and why you need it, it might be easier to use betfairs own rss feeds or their quick results, rss feeds have the marketId if you need to link up with any betfair data and all the names will match exactly

Racing rss at http://rss.betfair.com/RSS.aspx?format=html&sportID=7&countryID=1

other rss feeds at http://rss.betfair.com/

quick results at http://form.horseracing.betfair.com/timeform?_=1&key=quick_results

Just import each as curly said using data from web
