Depends on quite what you're after but if you're interested in the statistical side of sports betting(rating systems etc.) then Mathletics by Wayne Winston is pretty decent (mainly US sport based). It's not directly aimed at a gambling audience.

The art of legging - about bookmaking and makinga book very good.
Risk management and statistical forecasting in sports betting - A bit dry but well worth a read. Avoid, The art of book making - awful book |

Also just have to mention Devilfish's autobiography. He is a complete and utter nutter.Used to rob safes and was inside a couple of times but he went to Vegas once which was his first time and won well so when he returned for the World Series he took everything he owned which was 200k. He lost it all in 3 days and then got a loan of another 70k and lost that too! He managed to get another loan of 2k to buy himself into a tournament and managed to win 180k and his first WSOP braclet and then went on to win a load of cash games for the next two weeks and returned to the UK with over 740k in cash!!
