General Betting

I know that betfair are not doing an IPO that is open to the general punlic. However I would like to have good read of the prospectus, anyone know where I can get hold of one ?

It's not a retail offering. You'll have to wait until the shares trade for proper on the LSE.

It's not out yet. there are two documents that are, though: one a detailed results for the FY ending april 2010 and the second a kind of overview of the company and what's what - a mini prospectus. Both are on the betfair shareholder relations site (google will tell you)
