It can take up to 4 or 5 weeks. Best just to leave your money in the account.
Usually takes 3 days for me. Sunday doesn't count as a working day though so will probably be Thursday. Wednesday if you're lucky?
3 days or so unless you use the next day option and pay extra.
3-5 working days but usually as rocket have metioned.. 3 days [;)]
