Today is the day iv'e finally decided to end my relationship with betfair.

We've all seen it, products released that don't work, and constantly updated, because the updates don't work. Phone customer services who appear to have no power to settle things on a reasonable basis within a reasonable time.

Today whilst playing zero blackjack, I got a 21. Dealer showing 8, game froze. No big deal, phone them up right? Three hours later and still no resolution (other than a statement that they'll probably void the hand.) Obviously I wasn't happy with this, to which I got, and I quote (Betfair check your tapes) "Well if you don't like it you have a choice to go elsewhere"

Answer - self exclude and of course go "elsewhere"

This is coupled with the well publicised problems with Betfair Poker. (to which I have only recently come back.)At least a handful of updates and three weeks to sort a simple login and rakeback problems.

Answer - back to Titan

I freely admit the exchange (BF's raison d'etre) is a good product which doesn't break very often. But when it does, I can no longer have faith in BF's technical or customer service team to resolve the matter quickly and with reasonable judgement.

Answer - "elsewhere"

I also freely admit that my leaving won't be the downfall of this great company, but I have heard of others who have also had enough. If it continues, as I suspect it will, i'll see some of you again "elsewhere" (perhaps the purple place?)

I'll be about for the next 24 hours, as apparently thats how long it will take BF to release my OWN funds (yes not the BJ game in question, but my other funds in the casino) due to this ongoing technical issue. Shocking.

Regards

DJ

Betfair's attitude towards its customers is abysmal.
