Use gotomypc or logmein - that way you can log into your own pc and it will appear that you are connecting from wherever that home pc is based.

Not sure if things have changed over there but I had no problem using it in NY internet cafes about 4 years ago.

I realise that but although I can`t recall the exact date I went I know the law had already changed but I still managed to access BF. Haven`t been for the last 2 years so can`t comment on recent developments. |
