Withdrawals via bank transfer & Faster Payments

I use bank transfer as my withdrawal method. Recently the deposits in my account from Betfair are being processed via the Faster Payments system, which allows transfers between accounts within 2 hours.

It seems to me that Betfair are witholding bank transfer withdrawals for 3 days before processing them whilst still charging £6  for a "next day" transfer via CHAPS.

Anyone else noticed this??
