My cute little bot can be asked to submit a bet at any pre-set time before the off.

You simply make your selection, back or lay, and ask for it to go in 120 minutes before jump.

If backing you ask for lower odds than you want and if laying you ask for higher odds than you want.

The bot will now take the best price available at the time.

To protect yourself you set max and min parameters where the bet can be placed and also the ratio between the current back/lay prices.

Tel, your last one came in, before I hit submit on mine, and clearly you are after something completely different!

Ok, there is a way with my bot.

Do exactly what I have said before but run the bot in simulation mode.

I run a few but the one I use a lot is BetBotPro.

You can have a free trial and you will find the support
to be very good as well.

Price is a one off £97.00 with 6 months support and upgrades.  After that the subscription is £20 per 6 months though you can just continue to use it without upgrades and support.

Personally I don't begrudge paying as it is good to see new features rolled out.

N.B.  If you take the trial, I don't think you will be seeing the latest version, though it will still do what you want.

Hello LFV,

You obviously know your way around betbotpro.  Could you also take the time to answer my question please :)

If I wanted to martingale the favs in horseracing on the days I was out, could I set betbotpro to keep backing the favs at between 3.5 and 6.5 say until I hit a winner for £100 profit, and stopping if it gets to £1000 loss?

And then go again if it hits a winner?

Thank you.

Yes betbotpro can be setup to automate the emptying of your bank in such a way Laugh

Lady Faye is indisposed, at this time, but has asked if I will attend to her post.

She says that it would be most wondrous, if such a tool existed, that would anticipate this winner, and re-start before it won!

Restart before it won? I'd much prefer it restarted after it had won.

If I download the trial with no previous knowledge of it, will it be relatively easy to figure out how to set it up for my above mentioned martingale?

Not sure, Wedged, if you just don't understand or are having a go!

If the bot has not re-started, what would have been your next
winner, will simply not have been placed!

The short answer is that, if it has stopped, it will not start again until you have had chance to evaluate your position and decide on your next strategy.

It will stop, for any number of reasons, such as having hit
max loss or max win targets, max number of winners or losers
and so on.

Also there is a danger that it will exceed your max liability
because, at the moment, it will allow your next bet to go in
as long as you are slightly below your set limit.
So if that was £1,000.00 and you had hit £999.00 you might
still have another loss of any amount in excess!

For this reason it is vital to set your available bank to be
equal to your limit.
This way no bets can be placed because of "insufficient funds".

The bot does take some time, to get to grips with, and is far more complex now, than when I got it two years ago.

The beauty is that you can run it in simulation mode so there
is no risk.

As was said before, the support is excellent, and there are always people, on here, who you can turn to for advice.

The BBP forum is also full of, like minded, people who are supportive, plus you can direct message people who look like
they know what they are doing.

I'm not sure, however, if this is available to trial users!

Anyway I would give it a go and see how you get on.

Best of luck..............

For tel_boy.........

I should have added that if you are wanting to know the prices,
at an hour or two before the off, you will presumably want to compare these to SP!

To do this you need to make a copy of the bot and run it out
of a separate folder (same account is fine).

Then set this one, to take the best available, at 5 seconds before jump or, if you prefer, ask for SP instead.

Hope that helps.......
