Have unfortunately encountered the prem charge for the first time today but have been told the first time this happens it is refunded as a goodwill gesture.Can anyone tell me when the refund goes in,if at all

Should be refunded immediately, so if that's not the case, you should probably have paid last week (or an earlier week) and have had it refunded then.  Just check your account statement for wednesday noons.

I may be wrong here, but then I think you had your free week when you were notified first time when you were starting to use your allowance.

No eddie had a mate who paid it and it came out on the weds after the week in which used his last bit of allowance up,so its definitely at the end of allowance and his went back in that day,ill have to ring them up cheers for the help mate anyway

I got a premium charge too today.

I had one last week and it was refunded instantly but the one today has not...I assume the second does not get refunded?

No the second one doesnt james,but my argument is i still had £85 allowance left going into last week so this was my first payment of the charge but as yet nothing back.

best to make as much profit as you can on your 'free' week and then take it easy the next if youre going to choose days
