I just recently play at betfair and keep losing all of my money,but I'm not unstatisfied,I dont care if I lose but I cant stand cheat! I'm betting at sport 5 mins ago for
IFK Mariehamn v FC Inter 2-0, but after I click confirm then I see the cancel button, I keep clicking it to cancel my bet.But I dont see any effect! The bet is matched..What is going on!!? Im so angry now.I dont mind losing money but What is this!!? I hope any betfair representative can explain to me.If the cancel button doesnt work,PLEASE REMOVE IT...

also the live chat rooms have nobody answering,phone call doesnt help! system busy?? or cheat?

if you asked to back or lay the price being offered it would match as soon as it hit the market so you'd be unable to cancel

I did not place back or lay,I place my bet on the score forecast 2-0. But after I click 'confirm' then the score become 3-0 so I knew I was losing,But in the process of matching my bet, theres a 8 seconds count, I click 'cancel' which appear before me all the time in that 8 seconds.But nothing works.Is that cancel button just for decoration? Im so disappointed..

did the market not suspend when the 3rd goal was scored? The clock gives you protection for this scenario. When you say you clicked on 2-0 you were backing the 2-0 correct score at the available odds i take it?

Yes,but I can still cancel it no? if not why theres a cancel button there?

the cancel button is there for unmatched bets.
Say the price is 3 and you want 3.1 you put your bet into the market then you can cancel it if it remains unmatched if you so wish. You can't cancel matched bets else nobody would ever lose!
