Until they sort out the AUS markets you'll need to remove include Australian markets from the preferences and restart
1) Open the program preferences on the options menu.
2) Select the quick pick preferences tab.
3) Untick "Include Australian markets" and click the OK button.
It might be a bit fiddly but it will let you do it.
As I type the Australian server appears to be back up so it may start working anyway.

Why? I told you how to fix it, the problem seems to be fixed now anyway.
