Catch 22 pen pushers taking the p...sss. When did it come out that the owner had laid you? How long did it take BF to reveal this.

BF has a duty of care not to allow owners to lay their own horses

BF should automatically notify all persons that have been matched by an owner in order to help with compensation claims.

BF should ask all users to notify them of any horses that they have an interest in. This should be part of KYC. (Same way they ask if you are a lic bookmaker)

I think the way forward is to commence proceedings and get a test case but that's big bucks and you would need to win the Scoop 6 or summit to be able to afford that.

Only my thoughts anyway. GL with it.
