I know BF have an option on their own site but for a week / month - but I find I need to deal with an impluse to chase immediately and would rather a 24 hours ban which would allow me to calm and compose myself...
So any one know any programs that could allow this. Thanks

Your problem goes far deeper than any red button could ever solve.
Baz, any temp ban won't help. You have to change your behaviour. Until you manage that there will always be the chance of a repeat.

Serious answer - not sure, isn't there a self exclude option at all on Betfair? Maybe a deposit limit is the answer.
