General Betting

I have 'Horse Racing - Today's card' in 'My Markets', and have had this there for years and it appears every time I log in.
Over the last couple of months I've been betting on greyhounds as well. However although I try to save 'Greyhounds - Todays card' in My Markets as well, it only stays there for the day, and has disappeared again the next day.
Anyone know why this should happen and how to resolve?
