Have just spoke to stan james today because they settled the each way dundee bet as a loser, they have said they will now reopen this, but they have now said the win only bets would be the standard 1/4 first 3 for the selections without each way terms, have i got leg to stand on in fighting this

and the other two without any terms are promotion bets. Cant really have each way on a team to be promoted?

They are offering me a 1/4 on the promotion bets, not the each way bets which are still 1/5

i think i should be paid out full price on the nottingham promotion bets, not be all of a sudden offered 1/4 odds

They've misread your bets, they thought it was a win the league bet, not a promotion bet.
You can't have each way on a promotion bet. Just explain the error to them politely. |

If you spoke to someone important then ignore me, but if you spoke to a customer service rep, you've got more chance of getting meaningful information by stabbing yourself in the head with a fork.

Unless those prices were the "win the league" prices (I dont follow soccer these days) and were listed in the wrong section.
Assuming Forest weren't 8s for the league, you'll be fine. |
