They have returned 3.5k to my credit card. As the funds can be reclaimed up to next Thursday Natwest need a 1 line fax confirming that they will not recall them before i can use the money.
Betfair say they won't do it until they can speak to their payments team. Oh, and they will not recall the funds either so i get them back into my account.
Anyone had this problem?

No. But if you throw your phone against the wall and then hit it with a hammer then that could relieve the stress.
That is unless you are actually betting with money you don't actually have.
What day is it today? It is Sunday is it not? So the best plan is to smash up the phone.
