I'm a canadian betfair customer. I just tried calling the 1-800 number for candaian customers, and a computer automated voice asked me for a "person id", I have no idea what this is. It would not connect me to a live customer service rep until I gave them a valid "person id" which I was unable to do.
Try going to "My Account", then to "My Profile". At the bottom of that page you should see a blue area with Telephone Account Number (TAN) in it, probably is two letters (your initials) then four numbers.
