What's this about ?
By:
Me realising who you are
By:
I'm assuming you want to retain a certain amount of anonimity on here
By:
Deary me Dave, what's happened to you recently?
By:
I'm good Betfairy, well apart from the North West club fiasco of course!
By:
You talk in riddles. I'm out.

OK Ken, I'll cut to it.
Based on your previous postings and what you were saying the betting thread last night I put together who you are. You could only be one person. All I was trying to say here was that I assumed you realised I knew who you were and that as I felt you would rather post here anonimously I wouldn't say anything more about it. |

What did I say last night ? Point out the thread you are talking about please. |

It's dropped off the boards now, the one where the guy opened up about starting a spreadsheet for his football betting. You talked about pricing a match up and then finding that as you got better at it you'd find the price closely reflecting that of the bookmakers.
You then went on to talk about using the last 30 matches as the basis of your opinion of a team. |
By:
Ok, so what ? Give me a clue as to who you think I am, please.
By:
Kevin Pullein
By:
Dave that is as old as the hills. If I said I wasn't (as I've said many times before) would you believe me ?
By:
Ken, it wouldn't bother me either way, really. If you were him, I wouldn't mind clarifying the odd point regarding football betting from your perspective as time goes by. If you were him and you didn't mind of course.
By:
You can believe what you like Dave, but I assure you I am not he. I am a retired bookmaker living in Herts enjoying the spoils of other people's bad judgement. I believe in Pullein's angle on betting, but because I agree with him doesn't mean I am him. He is a guy I would really like to talk to but, of course that won't happen. GL.

By:
OK Ken, good luck to you too.
By:
Dave, I am not him and I say that because it would be wrong of me to say nothing and give the impression I was him. It would also be unfair to him. If you think hard enough about it you will realise you are wrong.
By:
Ken, I was happy to take you at your word in your previous post, really.
I'm sure you can see how it was an easy mistake for me to make (not the first this weekend!), based on your thoughts on football betting. |

If you wish to contact KP write to him at RP , i did a few years and he took the trouble to reply .

Thanks Custard

Dave, I take on board a lot of what KP says, although I don't agree with some of it. When he makes a case for a view I accept it, such as the recent claim that the Authorities were favouring Rangers over Celtic, he produced figures on yellow and red cards proving no bias. He also plays on some obscure markets that I don't go near, foreign leagues for instance, yesterday he had a bet on a Hamburg match, besides, it's very difficult to get the prices, etc, I go go on and on. GL.

By:
Ken, thanks for taking the time out to clarify. Apologies for having drawn you into all this and if people thinking you were KP isn't something new, sorry again for making you go over old ground again.
