Taking the plunge and having the week at next years festival,can anyone recomend places to stay? There will be 4 of us,either hotels or guest houses within reasonable distance of course and town centre and at reasonable cost.Thaning you all in anticipation

I always stay in Bristol and travel in each day. It is knackering doing that though and the queues for the trains can be a nightmare getting back if you stay out in the town after the races.

I live in Cheltenham and everything is booked up well over a year in advance. However, if you go on to gumtree under Gloucester, you can searh the history still posted for this years event and contact the people in regards to next year.
