General Betting

i'm thinking of upgrading my comp and would be grateful for guidance as to the best spec i.e. processing speed, RAM, hard drive GB and is quad core an advantage over dual core? comp is solely to be used for betting in running. thanks in advance.

you'd be better focusing on your internet than the PC and making sure that is totally robust and with a backup cause if you are playing big stakes in running and your connection goes down then it doesn't matter if you have a NASA grade PC you are still fecked.
