I just placed £12 on one race. £2 each horse on 6 horses. There is £24 pound matched( my £12 mtched to make £24 total). One of my horses won and iI have still not been paid and it says 'not settled' in my account. This was at 22:33.

Does anyone know why I haven't recieved my money?

I know it was only me who bet on the race, but surely if my money gets matched, I will get paid.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem and my naivety.

Thx

Have you double checked the result. Sometimes the commentator calls it wrongly (seriously. It's not actually wrong, its just a timing issue with the announcing amounting to the same effect) or you may have bet on a different race to what you thought.

I've done quite a lot of virtual race betting and never had a settlement issue.

Oh wait. Re-read your post. I've never seen "not settled" I don't think. Maybe there's a software issue with betfair connecting to the racing site?

Everything is fine Lori. I watched the race as well. My horse number 5 definitely won. I put £3 on a race 18 mins later and that horse lost, but that is also saying not settled?

Maybe the races are running late due to the bad weather. Have patience!

Might be a stewards inquiry ongoing

**think i've sussed it. The betfair races are an hour behind. The matched price is continuing to increase on the race I bet on. lol it is in 1 minute.

Sorry :)

Here you go, this was posted this morning in the Service Announcements.......

"After the change from GMT to BST we are currently experiencing some issues with the schedule information displayed within the Exchange Virtual Racing Micro-site not fully reflecting the change to BST. The "Starts in" times are currently still showing as GMT, so are consequently one hour behind current BST time.

Market times are being correctly displayed.

Our developers are currently working to resolve this issue."
