Meh, late at night and I've pretty much nothing better to do than to start this thread. Basically I'm wondering if it's worth my hassle developing some sort of system etc (bear in mind I suck with excel and all that jazz) or to analyse each game individually...the latter is what I'm used to (like most).

I'm contemplating a new laying strategy for football (probably correct scores) so I'm not sure which way to go about it.

Rubbish thread but you can reply to make me feel better/worse.

always worth having a look

personally dont rate your chances but then for all i know youre steven hawking.

laying correct scores really should be a doddle, in all my years working for the high street books they always made us the highest %'s, way way above what the over round said we should win. (NB was HT/FT bets)

posted the figures of about 50-60% profit in shops before on those markets, might aswell again, im sure theres lots of shop staff on here who could look up their tills to tell us if its changed or not.

the figures i had at my disposal were for multiple shops, 10,000+ correct score bets every month, books offered crap odds and you cant lay any individual score 4 goals to either side, but there must be something in there for you to look for

Thanks you lmlac!

Yeah it should be a doddle but I wouldn't be planning on laying huge odds. Highest I intend to go is around the 10 mark...for roughly .03% of my running total too. Not sure if this is the right approach even...

I'm off to work now. I expect there to be a wealth of information when I return this evening!

Not a wealth of information I'm afraid but if you pick your matches wisely and don't go laying the scorelines in any game without proper research then I see no result why you can't build your bank.

Easy words. Perhaps you could be more specific ? No, I didn't think so.
