i feel me stolen by betfair..according to you who is wrong?

sorry for bad english

jesterday,in the horser race of 17o'clock of plumpton i backed 100 or 150 euros on IBBERTON horse

(i make trading,scalping,back and lay before the start looking for learn from the movements of the odds)

i saying..
after that i backed ibberton to about 7 minutes before the start,i decide to back other money at the same horse,ibberton.
so
i quickly push the euros 20 button(i use betangel)..and click click click click
i do this many times in a second

now start the "drama"

i discover that this CLICKS i backed more than what i have on my account

i backed about 60 EUROS in more than what i have

surely a problem of betfair,i dont' believe is normal that i can bet more than i have of betfair

so(i using present tense)
i'm now in negative balance,but i have 5 minutes before the start of the race
i haven't money on the credit card for to eliminate the negativa balance and so i call betfair to explain the situation and i tell him
"please make me reduce my liabylity..i haven't chosen me of back 60 euros in more than what i have on account"
no!
they say me that the problem is mine

i say "the guilt is yours...we have 5 minutes before the start..lay and the problem is finished"
no

"ok..if tomorrow i mistake and i push 50k button(and i have 10euros on asccount for example),what's happen if your sistem wrong and accept my bet of 50k??
today accept 60 euros in more..if in the same moment i backed no 60euros ma 50k what's happened??

does the police arrivbe under my home and removes from me the car the cycle and other????

If you don't have it you can't bet it on BF, no matter how bad your English is.
And it's pretty bad in a charming way.

It looks like it's down to the bet duplication bug which means it's betfair's fault. Keep at them.

i believe i'm right

i fear they will refund me only a part of the total amount
i hope not,but if it will happen i think that will refuse the refund...
it's matter of right

i don't want simply money..i would want a correct behavior

often betfair is correct,i hope today too
