On any given in play football game there are many markets and other markets that are effected by the score of the game in question. When something in the game happens, goal, sending off etc etc all of the markets seem to change at the same time. I assume this is controlled by bots and not manually but can anybody tell me the logistics of how this actually works. How does a bot know whether it was a goal, sending off and what price it should then be.

One further point - would it be true to say that the price of every possible outcome (score/time) is already pre determined before the game starts.
