Took 40/1 yesterday about Stephen Mcguire winning snooker worlds.

Got e-mail this morning saying it was an error in their system when the prices were logged.

I was offered 10/1 or bet voided.

Do I have a right to the price they accepted my bet on or can they reneigh on the bet?

Given that he's nothing like 40/1 it's a clear error. You've got no case.

People who bet without knowing what palpable rule is are utter mugs.

In fairness Jimbo, at least they're looking for a good price.

FWIW In Vegas if you have a ticket with an error on it, it's binding.
