Probably been asked a million times sorry, but in what order does money get matched?

Someone has £20 available to back at 1.19, and therefore there is £3ish at 6.4 on the other side to lay.
If I lay at 1.19, my money gets queued behind the money that is there.

However, if I back at 6.2 (and therefore better odds for the layer than 6.4), my money still gets queued at 1.19. My question is, with this best price thingy, if someone wanted to back at 1.19, will my cash get taken first as I'm offering better odds for the layer at 6.2, or will I still be queued behind the first 1.19 layer?

I'd assume mine would get taken first....

I'm pretty sure that where the two are deemed to be equivalent (even though they are not) the one on the side where the bet is being placed gets priority.

Ah right. So backing at 1.19 mine wouldn't get taken, but laying at 6.4 (and therefore taking 6.2) mine would be taken then?

True best execution would match the better price, but liquidity would be affected as queue jumping would be so much easier.
