hi just wondering, if i lay a team in the next goal market and the final score ends up 0-0 do i win my bet as the team did not score the next goal.

3 possible outcomes, one winner. Both teams and the 'no goal' are quoted. If no goals, then 'no goal' would be the winner and the other two selections losers.
take it as in you were correct with your original presumption. Lay team a to score next goal, and game finishes 0-0 or team b scores next means you win.
