It is about breaking your conditioned response to certain situations. If you lose your bank after building it up time and again it is a habit you have set in motion. No matter how much you will it to stop it will continue.
You have to break those patterns you have established for yourself. Find a way to break your pattern.
Be lucky all. (there's no such thing as luck long term either, you reap what you sow).

some may not agree with this and others may not need to heed the message, but if it helps one person then it will not have been in vain.
I was taught by a good gambler that the definition of madness (in life as well as gambling) is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

I know where I am.

Interesting post Starfish, pretty much sums up where I'm coming from. I'll check that book out.
