Excuse my ignorance on this one but can someone more experianced than I explain this one. I bet a tenner on a 4/1 shot.then want to withdraw the 50 pounds. why do i receive this message?

Your withdrawal request cannot be accepted. In order to be able to withdraw via new card (Switch) please check that on all the other payment methods you have used (maestro ) you have withdrawn at least the amount you have deposited.

withdraw the amount you deposited first (£10 i guess), and then it should let you withdraw the rest.

unless the total deposits on the other card you used is a positive amount, in which case you'll have to do what it says

If you have used another card & deposited more than you have withdrawn then that is most probably why.It is stupid & betfair are the only one's that I know that do it.If you have another card registered with betfair I think that if you remove it.That would solve the problem.Same thing applies with such as paypal etc.Just try removing them.Not 100% but I had similar problem & that worked for me.
