Usually bet online and rarely on the phone, not used these in ages, won a bet on Friday with them over the phone, do they keep the money and you have to ring and asked for it to be released or do they send it without asking? So many idiot firms do it the former way now, so not sure, cheers.

normally back into the account with 48 hours, but you can re-bet with the winnings if you wish
