what figure do you guys aim for before withdrawing funds?

do you have a 'master plan' that means you wont withdraw until you reach a target or do you use your bankroll to win and bank small amounts as you go on?

basically i keep going from £100 to £1500 - 2000 and end up blowing it as i always wanna get to £10,000!

i have once again got up to £1500 ... but am thinking of just banking each time i now make £100

what do you do?

You 'blow it' as you say. This has nothing to do with targets, just a correction in your win/lose sequence which will happen unless your selection method is better than average.

I do to an extent work to targets, use a small bank of £50, every £25 I make I pull it out and do it again, not huge sums compared to some granted, but only takes a week or so to do it...works for me...

How much are you prepared to lose chasing a target ?

Generally the bigger you stake the harder it is to get an edge, especially if you trade and dont benefit much from commission discounts. Sounds like this might be your problem.
