Thats the route id already tried without success,just wondered if anybody had managed to get a mortgage in this current climate without accounts.

Consider going down the buy to let mortgage route
They rarely check if you actually live there and the criteria are different At the moment, you are still effectively self certification even with 75% deposit ..and that is a 'No-No' for a residential mortgage |

FSA changing the regulations. Since the announcement in October 2009, all of the major Self Cert lenders have pulled their products off the market. However, if you contact those below they can get other sources to lend.
