Do you post everywhere Jez? :)

I've been using the geeks toy lately, it's ok esp for the price - i.e. it's free - Gruss (betting assistant) is excellent as well

I use Bet Trader Evolution, mainly for trading on horses, but I use it for all my other bets too.
Still just using the free version with 5 second updates, but I think I should pay for turbo mode for trading.

Can someone please enlighten me.

I don't use any of these things, just the normal interface.

I bet on horses mainly but sometimes sport etc. I am an Aussie, therefore I cannot be in play (and don't want to on horses because I know my pics are not fastest). Therefore, is there a reason I should have one of these things. Like I bet and take a position. I sometimes lay off etc, but usually do not, so I would not class myself as a trader.

So why do I need it. Or am I missing something obvious, and would it be good to get one of these tools? I hope I am getting my message across, I am sincere, not having a go, just please someone explain for me, what benefits I can realise by doing this.

Thanks

Morrigan: You don't need anything, but the website for what you do. I don't think anyone is saying that you do need one of these tools.
