Not sure, but it will likely be almost unusable at the Festival for everyone with it loaded on their phone, due to the huge demand for mobile connectivity. Get your bets on in the morning or prepare for a day of frustration if you are planning on using BF mobile there in March.

will work fine!! Trust me, i use it when i go racing and i've been to all the big ones and never had a problem with connecting!!
