General Betting

Hello all.
I am an Aussie and have been trading on and off on betfair for sometime now with varying success. Unfortunately, in Australia, we can bet on event in play, which really limits my options.
I know in many other countries you can.
I have recently married and my wife is Peruvian and we are thinkning of going to live in Peru shortly.
My question is will in play betting work from Peru. Will it work with any account? will I have to open a new account in my name as mine was set up in Australia. Or will it not work at all.
Not much work for me over in Peru besides teaching English so Id like to take my betfair a lttle more seriously and trade in play hopefully for profit! Advice/tips on where u can and cant bet in play appreciated :)

Australia is the only country in the world who allows the population to bet over the internet, but not over the internet while an event is in play. Go figure.
