Is the free API slower than the full use ones - or is it just the throttling that is the main issue?

acc to BF info it's just the throttling. There are some other restrictions on calls.

You can call the bf free api once a second for prices, 5 times a second on the fully licenced api, any more than 5 times a second is possible but you then get charged more for the additional usage.
The response times per call are the same regardless of the api - its the amount of calls per second that's restricted or throttled. |
