how can i get through to an accounts manager

hi does anyone know how i can get through to an accounts manager after 3 days of trying and being fobbed off by betfair" help" desk and being told they will ring me back i have yet to be able to speak to one.

today they even had the nerve to tell me someone rang me back but i did not answer the phone which is completely incorrect as i have been in all the time and have an answer phone machine.

i have tried to be patient but am getting nowhere any help from forumites would be appreciated,the matter is to do with the premium charge is this why i am getting fobbed off
