Betfair staff, please help me, problems with market

I bet on ManCity-Portsmouth over 2.5 goals couple hours ago and now I logged in, and it doesn't show me on this market how much I can win or lose. Also, it says that I have no bets on this market even though in my profile it says that this bet is accepted. What now? I won't be able to lay etc.
I went to my account, then current bets and it says that bet is matched. Underneath it is written in light grey text that:
* This market has been suspended.
