What is generally considered to be a high enough yield before even considering going professional?

anything above 5%? 10%?

what sort of yields do any pros on here have?

If you trade rather than being involved purely with gambling, the yield (taken in isolation) will not be able to give you a good indication of how successful someone is.

For instance one person with a yield of 1% could be placing 100 times as many bets as another person with a yield of 5%.

Even 360 bets isn't a particularly massive sample to draw conclusions from. Law of large numbers and all that.

fisheye,

I wouldn't get too hung up on it which i am sure you are not. If you feel its right carry on and dont give up the job for a while.

It all depends on you responsibilities really... whether you have family etc. Whether you have a profession or trade that you can walk straight back into etc. Sure you know this but ...
